Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Should you require modifications or wish to cancel a paid order, please notify us within a 12-hour window. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, cancellation is no longer feasible.
Refund Policy
At Kidy Island, customer satisfaction is paramount. As such, refunds or reshipments for purchased items are available under the following circumstances:
- Non-receipt of ordered products within the stipulated time frame (45 days, exclusive of a processing period).
- Receipt of incorrect items.
Disinterest in received products (return shipment at customer expense required, and item must be unused).
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery due to customer-related factors (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).
- Non-delivery owing to unforeseen, exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters).
